David Epstein Consulting Ltd is the consulting practice of David Epstein, a senior executive and transformation director with more than twenty five years of international experience. He has held commercial and delivery leadership roles with Alvarez & Marsal, PwC, BDO, Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, CGI, IBM and Xerox.

The work is straightforward. He takes commercial and operational responsibility inside businesses that are growing, integrating or being repositioned, builds the governance that lets delivery happen, and develops the sales and delivery teams who carry it. He works in English and in French, across the UK, Europe and North America.
